Well Well Well....
Here is a day to remember !! I aged one more year today -- good or bad -- you choose!!
I was able to do what I needed for my exercise regime !!
I ran, in the heat none the less, 3.2 Mi @ 9.8 Pace = 32 min!! Than I came home, drank 32 oz of water and then onto my circuit training.
Afterwards, more water and alot of sweat!! Yet, I felt damn good !!
* Also, to follow up from last week -- I did my workouts -- just got so busy with life that I forgot to blog. :(
