Last week I was given a new workout schedule from my PT.
I have finished the 'run' part for today !! 2.7M in 20 min!!
YES!!!
I have new goals and a new schedule now.
One of my goals -- >> is to run a marathon on a coast!! That is just a reward to myself for the new measurements I have for myself!!
In time, I will do it!!
Thanks for the read -- I will hopefully be able to update later today on my circuit !!
