Hello to my readers!!
Today was a success for my exercise regime!!
I went my usual 2.3 mi's -- not pushing it -- just making sure that I got my heart rate up there. :)
I am going to cross train tomorrow, or that is the plan!!
What I am noticing after getting back into it now, is that my breathing is more rhythmical and not as difficult for me. The running part of it is coming quite, shall I say, easier than it was before when I was first starting out!!! That is a plus!!!
Till tomorrow -- sleep well ( I am also trying to pick it back up for that exact reason!! I have not been sleeping as well as I would like and so I am trying to exhaust myself!! )
Reminder from my reader ( Thank you BTW!! ) -- Pain is WEAKNESS exiting the body!!!!!!!!

Getting back into it
Today was a success!!
I ran 1.7mi -- yep -- didnt stop to walk at all and that was with a big hill involved and the wind.
Yep -- I am proud of me.
I also threw in some arm exercises and mowed the lawn and weed wacked the weeds.
all in all a good day in the exercise world.
Happy Reading..

This week
First off, Thank you to the 'anonymous' messenger!! I like how you put that -- pain is weakness leaving the body!! ( WOW -- how profound!! It fits in alot of things in life!! )
Second off, I was able to get in 2 days of running this week. My goal for next week, or even with the weekend approaching, is to get Sat/Sun in for my exercise and then begin my weekly regime slowly but surely next week.
I have had a bit of balancing to do with life, being on lifes terms as it is. I really have not been able to justify the schedule quite right to fit in my much needed exercise!!
Like I said, for next week, I am hard pressed to get back at it!!
Thank you to all of you who have followed me all this way. The support and love has been a tremendous help in finding my soul through a much healthier way of life!!
hugs to my readers

Starting over
Today is the beginning of starting over my workout regime - after around 30 days off - the need to get back into the swing of things is there for me. How strange, never thought I would ever think this, yet, I found myself wondering: how good would it feel to get back out there and run again - or complete my circuit training? Yet, this happened the other day, so here I am - on a Saturday, childless, out running!!
I did complete a run of 2 m this morning. I chose not to time myself, since this was the first run or exercise I have done in around a months time.
I did purchase new shoes, for the foot that was injured is what had stopped my exercise in the first place. I am going to also venture to a shoe store and find some insoles for my arches, I feel they are needed. Than I am ready to get movin again!!
I am going to also set up a session with my trainer, so that she can kick me in the duff and help me get back into it!!
A goal that I am going to set is to be able to run a half marathon yet this year, with dropping my size down 4 more inches in a few areas. I will have to take it up with my trainer as to how long I can set a goal time for these, yet, these are what I am going to shoot for.
Hope you are well and all is GREAT in your world!!
Thanks for the read!! Many Hugs...

an Update
I haven't done my updates due to the fact that I was told I needed to rest. So, I took my doc's advice and am doing so.
I went into the doctor on Wed., for him to look at my foot as well as my cold. Here is what I was told:
The tendon on the side of my foot was stretched to it's limit. Hence, my pain on the side of my foot ( this was very intense and hurt extremely when I was walking ). I was told that the best thing for this is an inflammatory medicine and icing it. I was told to take it easy with the running/exercise until this healed a bit - for possibly a week to two. I am able to do my circuit training or biking. I also spoke to my trainer and she said some hour to hour and half bike outings would be good. Some difficult ones at that.
I was also told that the cold that I have is just that and no infections at all. I just pushed it to hard where my cold took a turn for the worst instead of the better. All I need for that is rest.
I have rested since and I will try to do some exercises this weekend at the farm, while visiting the family.
Otherwise, once I get back to the house ( home ) I will pick up some bike runs and also get into my circuit training.
Thanks for the read!!
Hugs to you all

Day #10 Sat 04/04/09
Today we had our group run, which we normally do on Sundays. Yet we changed it up for the storm that is supposedly coming into town.
We ran a total of 7 mi's!!! I can not believe that I actually completed it!! To top it off, I felt good afterwards!! A bit fatigued, but good. With the exception of the bottom of my foot!! It seems to be bothering me lately. I can not remember what my trainer named it, yet, she gave me some things to do to it to make sure that it heals up so that I can keep running!
For next weekend, on Easter, I will have to do an 8 mi run on my own!! I really would like to keep up with the schedule for we will eventually be running 10 mi or 11 mi's and I want to keep up with everyone!!
None the less, I am very proud of myself for completely the 7 today!!
Tomorrow I will take a day of rest, as suggested. For I think my foot needs it.
Felt kinda of bad, I had to stop twice and I slowed the group down. Eitherway, I needed to for me and my foot. I am learning my boundaries. Not only in my exercise, but also in life!!!
How exciting, to learn more about me!!
Hugs to all you who read today!! Have a great night!!

FRIDAY 04/03/09
Well, I am taking today off. For rest or maybe I will do some cross training this evening.
I hurt my foot ( My trainer believes it is trying to compensate for the slanting in the road and the side that I keep running on ). So, for that sake I am taking it easy as we may do our 7 mi tomorrow morning and I wanna be up to PAR for that!!
I have spoke to many individuals about exercising and what it does to them and their lives. It is absolutely amazing how it affects their souls and energy levels. What impact it has on the mental side of their interiors as well as their emotional interiors. How one would not want to work on themselves to better their exterior as well as their soul and interiors, is all beside me. Other than being lazy and procrastinating, I believe my HP provides me with the strength, courage, wisdom and knowledge to get off that chair and move my legs and arms to keep me in tact.
Alot of learning about me is happy while I keep the exercise regime up. It is amazing how we grow, not only in age, yet in wisdom, knowledge and strength as we begin or continue different journeys that are placed in front of us.
To walk/run through the puddle, is much funner than walking/running around it ( NOT to only add that it helps one grow!! )!!
Good luck with your adventures/journeys that are placed before you today.
Hugs to the reader of this!!
